The company also serves the precise needs of the local and G.B. food processing industry through the products of its pasteurisation plant – one result of the company’s £2 million modernisation and diversification programme.
The plant complies with current E.C. Health and Hygiene regulations and is certified by BRC. As a consequence we can offer the bakery, catering and institutional sectors consistently high quality Free Range or standard pasteurised egg. We can supply this egg in a range of packaging from 10kg to 1 tonne containers to suit individual customer requirements.
